Tiger Child by DanielleJensen Tiger Child by DanielleJensen
Realistically, he would have eaten her by now, but I think that many little girls dream of being Princess Jasmine with her tiger.

I tried my hand at a painting that was completely digital from sketch to finish. It was not that bad! I think I still need to work on loosening the brushstrokes, but I definitely learned a lot from this. :)

Photoshop, 2012.

I think you did an extraordinary work of art on both the Tiger and the Child. The eyes of the tiger look straight at you. I love this aspect. The way his paws are placed (the right back paw is not on the ground - perfect) the tiger's tail and his beautiful coat are magnifico!
The little child on the tiger's back is perfection. The facial features are so true to what a child would look like riding on a tiger ~ you have captured not only the outer child, but the inner child in the eyes and body language of this little one. Even to the extent of her little earrings, red dot on her forehead and her pretty necklace.
The coloring of your entire work of art is beautiful and well coordinated and blended.
I love this Work of Art.

It reminds me so much of a character from a book I wrote.

That is so definitely a dream of mind.... T_T
I love cats though, and I have an orange and white tabby that looks like a tiger... if I squint... and take off my glasses. orz

It really looks beautiful though. I think the brushstrokes are pretty loose though. I think that it retains enough detail that it looks very complex, but you can still tell it's a PAINTING.
